What Is the End Time?
Referred to as the latter years, latter days, and the last days in both the Old and New Testaments, the End Time is a period of years characterized by momentous, world-wide troublesome times and hardships, political and economic turbulence, natural disasters, wars and famines.
These occurrences will reach a pivotal point with the removal of the Lord’s people, known in Christendom as the ‘Rapture.’ This phenomenon will usher in the dreadful 7-year Tribulation Period marked by the emergence of One World Government; a global political leader; a global religious leader; and God’s wrath upon the unrepentant by which millions will die. Pope Francis officially announced on Sunday that he will visit Jordan, Israel and the Palestinian Authority in May, reports Reuters.
